Entrega is seeking a disciplined, systems-oriented Manager of HR Operations to lead and strengthen the operational backbone of our HR function. This is not a traditional HR Generalist role. This leader will be responsible for compliance, compensation governance, policy discipline, and the structural integrity of our people infrastructure. In a technology professional services firm where margin, accountability, and performance matter, HR Operations plays a critical role in protecting both legal risk and economic discipline. This role is primarily in-office to ensure close partnership with executive leadership, Finance, and Service Delivery teams.
