About The Position

This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide security programs that protect data, networks, endpoints, cloud environments, and identities. The Manager of Enterprise Security combines technical expertise with strategic vision to develop scalable security frameworks while fostering collaboration across business, technology, and compliance teams. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional initiatives, guide security architecture decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on security knowledge with program management, enabling secure operations and measurable outcomes in a complex enterprise environment. By shaping security strategies and mentoring a high-performing team, this role directly impacts organizational resilience and the safe use of emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in secure architecture design and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with DLP, data protection, CSPM tools, endpoint security, EDR platforms, and network access controls/SASE.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CEH are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of enterprise security programs across data, network, endpoint, cloud, and identity domains.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to technology, compliance, and business teams, embedding security into projects and processes.
  • Oversee Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data classification, and encryption initiatives to protect sensitive information.
  • Manage endpoint security, including EDR platforms and consistent patching, hardening, and monitoring.
  • Implement Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) across multi-cloud environments in collaboration with cloud engineering teams.
  • Drive identity and access management frameworks, including MFA, PAM, and role-based access controls.
  • Build and lead a high-performing security team while communicating risks, priorities, and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
