About The Position

The Director of Enterprise Infrastructure & Security leads the strategy, governance, and performance of Stanley Martin Homes’ enterprise IT operations. This role is accountable for infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, security posture, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability across a multi-entity organization. The Director of Enterprise Infrastructure & Security is a strategic leadership role responsible for direction, risk management, and organizational development, not day-to-day engineering execution. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive infrastructure leadership
  • Strong hybrid and Azure cloud transformation experience
  • Experience supporting regulated environments
  • Proven ability to lead multi-layered technical organizations
  • Executive-level communication and risk framing skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a cloud-first modernization roadmap
  • Establish a hybrid rationalization strategy
  • Ensure infrastructure scalability across subsidiaries
  • Own enterprise security posture and risk alignment
  • Ensure SOX/JSOX audit readiness
  • Oversee IAM, endpoint security, and regulatory standards
  • Lead Infrastructure, Security, Systems, and End-User Services managers
  • Develop operational leadership bench
  • Establish performance metrics and accountability standards
  • Manage enterprise incident response at leadership level
  • Balance cost, risk, and modernization priorities
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term technology planning
  • Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
  • Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment
