About The Position

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Manager of Digital Campaigns for a part time, remote role. Candidates will need to be located in Arizona and can expect twenty hours of work per week. Responsibilities: Manage creative rotation, traffic creatives, and ensure all creative reaches the right prospect at the right time with the right message Analyze data regarding all in-market creative across multiple channels to draw clear and actionable insights and evaluate performance against benchmarks and goals Recommend adjustments to creative rotation and/or new creative based on data, insights, and best practices Develop creative test plans and strategies; lead analysis of creative performance across channels and share insights with senior leadership and creative teams Collaborate across go-to-market teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns based on performance insights and media recommendations Ensure audiences are directed to appropriate landing pages and optimize based on downstream website data Align with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless execution of integrated campaign tactics Perform other duties as assigned or apparent Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Three (3) years of digital marketing and/or campaign management and execution experience Experience managing direct response, digital performance marketing campaigns Hands-on experience with campaign performance analytics/tools and ability to mine actionable insights from data Ability to use data to tell a compelling story and translate insights into creative best practices Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to interpret data based on KPIs Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail Highly analytical with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners Agency or performance marketing background is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing the creative process from brief to concept development and execution Direct experience working with strategic media partners (e.g., Google, Facebook) Expertise in managing digital performance programs across programmatic, social, remarketing, and digital video Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with the ability to influence and inspire team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Three (3) years of digital marketing and/or campaign management and execution experience
  • Experience managing direct response, digital performance marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with campaign performance analytics/tools and ability to mine actionable insights from data
  • Ability to use data to tell a compelling story and translate insights into creative best practices
