The Crypto Operations team at Robinhood is dedicated to delivering an excellent end-customer experience while supporting cutting-edge crypto products. As a Crypto Operations Manager for the Account Servicing Desk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and scalability of our crypto services. You will lead cross-functional projects designed to improve Robinhood's operational efficiency and readiness. The role will focus on scaling operations for our existing crypto products and managing the operational impact of new crypto initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Security, and Customer Experience, to ensure operational readiness and efficiency. The Account Servicing team has a unique role in bridging operational processes that keep the product running smoothly with taking customer feedback to improve products. Crypto Operations Managers are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving operational objectives, and collaborating with multiple partners. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of crypto operations for one of the most dynamic teams in the industry. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week.
