Longbridge Financial is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse to lead the design, development, and operation of our enterprise data and reporting platform. This role involves managing BI developers and data warehouse engineers, driving the architecture and delivery of scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and advanced analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years BI/Data experience
  • 2+ years leadership
  • Strong SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Azure Data Factory / ETL experience
  • Tableau expertise
  • Data modeling experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage BI developers and data warehouse engineers.
  • Architect and oversee enterprise data warehouse using SQL Server and Azure.
  • Design and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS.
  • Develop dimensional data models for reporting and analytics.
  • Build and manage Tableau dashboards and datasets.
  • Support Power BI reporting initiatives.
  • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
  • Collaborate with teams integrating LOS, Salesforce, and vendor data.
  • Support executive reporting and analytics needs.
