Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Manager of the Account Management is responsible for leading the team including: handling performance reviews and performance improvement plans, case load distribution, budgeting for future growth of the team and managing escalated service issues.

  • 5 + years of customer service experience, required
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 5 + years of Management / Leadership experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage performance reviews and improvement plans
  • Manage quarterly bonuses for the team
  • Assign and/or re-distribute client accounts to the team
  • Budgeting new hires and interview/source new talent as needed
  • Serve as department manager for escalated issues with client and carriers
  • Develop training processes and service templates
  • Attend client meetings as needed
