About The Position

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Overlake Medical Center Clinics has a new opportunity for a Manager of Patient Access to lead, and grow, our centralized teams! The Manager of Patient Access manages the outpatient call center scheduling and referrals. Actively ensures collaborative relationships with leaders, providers, and other stakeholders across the organization to manage departmental performance and results. The Manager analyzes data and assesses processes, continually looking for operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities related to quality, patient satisfaction, revenue, and staff productivity. Responsible for workflow development, goal setting, monitoring team and individual performance and setting action plans for all areas of responsibility. Overlake Medical Center is a 349-bed, nonprofit regional medical center offering a full range of advanced medical services to the Puget Sound region. Led by a volunteer board of trustees, we employ nearly 3,000 people and have some 1,000 active and courtesy providers on our medical staff, including more than 200 providers who are employed by the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Two years’ leadership experience in a similar position within a healthcare system, physician practice, or related field is required.
