Reporting to the System Director of Nursing Operations, the Clinical Manager of System Nursing Talent Optimization provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for all nursing contract labor activities across the inpatient nursing operations. This role ensures contract labor is effectively onboarded, managed, and transitioned to full-time employment where appropriate, while maintaining budgetary compliance and operational efficiency. The manager serves as the primary point of contact for all contract labor matters and collaborates with HR, finance, and clinical leadership to optimize workforce composition and cost-effectiveness.
