The Job: The Manager, North America Digital Brand Manager – Outdoor is responsible for executing day-to-day digital merchandising activities and digital strategy for assigned brands or categories across regional brand and DTC websites. This role ensures products are launched, merchandised, and optimized in alignment with global standards and regional commercial priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce execution.
  • Experience working with CMS, PIM and Analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global or regional ecommerce teams.
  • Familiarity with digital merchandising and search platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Execute SKU launches, removals, and lifecycle updates for assigned brands/categories.
  • Ensure products are properly syndicated, enriched, localized, and published.
  • Grow organic product visibility by implementing merchandising best practices
  • Implement merchandising rules across search, navigation, PDPs, and collections.
  • Execute campaign merchandising including promotional placements and collections.
  • Conduct merchandising tests and analyze results to inform optimization.
  • Monitor KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with brand activation, content managers, analytics, and country teams on execution.
  • Ensure adherence to global governance, brand, and SEO standards.
  • Support larger Digital Team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Potential to Manage and develop people as the organization requires
  • Support larger Digital Experience Team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the STANLEY, BLACK digital content calendar, email campaigns, and ratings and reviews initiatives, collaborating with Regional Brand and Global Digital teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and robust processes that enhance customer engagement, trust, and product credibility.
