About The Position

The Manager of New Partner & EB Operations is responsible for overseeing and supervising the coordination and optimization of the Employee Benefits Operations Team.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Active life and health license is preferred.
  • Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Agency Management System (AMS) is acceptable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Carrier Management functions, including but not limited to Producer Appointments, Carrier on-site visits and presentations, online carrier portal access, and the Panel Carrier Program.
  • Collaborate with carriers, new partners and internal team members to consolidate current New Partner contracts under Higginbotham's tax ID/producer numbers, ensuring that the New Partner's book of business is accurately reflected in supplemental compensation calculations.
  • Support New Partner integration by maintaining the New Partner Project Plan using project management tools as necessary and supervise the coordination team.
  • Act as liaison between New Partners and Higginbotham to answer questions, provide training on Operations and EB Day Two.
  • Coordinate discovery meetings with New Partners to ensure a seamless transition to Higginbotham.
  • Work closely with EB Regional Team Leads to help transition New Partners to Higginbotham structure.
