The Small Group Senior Account Manager builds strong client relationships and leads the delivery of thoughtful, strategic employee benefit solutions. As the primary advisor to a portfolio of clients, you’ll guide benefit strategy, analyze plan options across medical, life, disability, and ancillary lines, and collaborate with carrier partners to ensure each client’s programs meet their goals. You’ll also oversee and support team members to ensure all work is accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations. This role directly supports business growth through client retention, expansion, and participation in new‑business opportunities, including proposal development. To succeed, you’ll bring deep expertise in employer‑sponsored health and welfare plans and a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape that shapes them—all while thriving in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
