Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical or Network Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Networking engineering management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Excellent knowledge and experience troubleshooting protocols
- Must have experience in ONIE, Junos OS and/or Cisco IOS Experience.
- Demonstrate ability to acquire strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- MS in Electrical or Network Engineering preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow the New Product Introduction (NPI) Networking Engineering team of 5 to 7 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the full program lifecycle of networking rack solutions, while ensuring timely, and high-quality delivery from concept through mass production.
- Drive enhancements across networking portfolio, from concept definition to final implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, customers and external technology vendors on product specifications, port to port connections, cable matrix, switch configuration and networking performance.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for critical validation/test issues, product development challenges and ramp issues by mass production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to switch configuration and compatibility between switches, host NICs, cables and transceivers.
- Partner with QA manager and development teams to investigate, isolate and resolve configuration bugs, networking performance problems, and hardware defects.
