We’re looking for a seasoned technology sales professional with strong SaaS experience, deep knowledge of broadcast systems, and established media relationships. This high‑impact territory requires a confident, strategic account manager who can travel regularly to customer sites and industry events while driving meaningful growth and partnership. This role oversees a high‑value sales territory spanning both traditional and digital broadcasting clients. It requires extensive travel to customer sites and industry trade shows, along with the ability to operate as a strategic, technically fluent partner to our customers. The Associate will drive tailored solutions, influence product direction through client and market insights, and support sales strategy across the territory. Success in this role means navigating complex challenges, ensuring a seamless customer experience, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the development and success of the broader team.

Requirements

  • Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust
  • Confidence to solve complex problems using analysis, judgement and multiple sources of information

  • Business development experience with new and existing customers

Responsibilities

  • Delivers high-level presentations to potential clients effectively communicating the value and benefits of the proposed solutions, demonstrating how they align with the client's business goals.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, acting as trusted advisors through the sales cycle.
  • Identifies the growth path and scalability options for a solution and generates an implementation plan considering any potential challenges and/or risks.
  • Shapes overall sales strategy, providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborates with various departments such as marketing, product management, engineering, and customer support to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Handles unique and complex challenges that require creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
  • Shares client feedback with the product development to help enhance existing products and guide the development of new features.
  • Contributes to thought leadership initiatives, such as writing technical articles, whitepapers, or speaking at industry conferences to establish the organization's expertise.
  • Stays updated with the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop technical and consultative selling skills.
