Job SummaryReporting to the VP and Head of Americas – Construction, the National Sales Manager will lead and grow both internal and external sales teams, driving revenue growth and market penetration. This role will also focus on initiating and building strategic relationships with national accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.The successful candidate will:- Develop and execute national sales strategies.- Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve targets.- Provide market intelligence to the Product Manager.- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.- Identify and execute opportunities for trade shows and promotional activities.This is a field-based role, requiring travel for meetings, training, trade shows, and presentations (approximately 30%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-level sales organizations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and event representation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.

  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage internal and external sales teams.

  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Deliver presentations and speak publicly to promote brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and promotional campaigns.
