About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience, including performance management and team leadership
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant expertise in mobile application development and APIs
• Proven success leading mobile teams through product cycles and scaling applications in production environments
• Deep knowledge of iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development, native SDKs, and mobile software engineering principles
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing strategies, and DevOps toolchains (CI/CD, monitoring, debugging)
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance product development and team productivity
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing mobile engineering team, supporting career development and technical growth
• Drive end-to-end execution of mobile features and projects, from planning and scoping to launch and iteration
• Guide technical architecture, code reviews, and best practices in mobile development, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization
• Ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable, and high-quality mobile applications with excellent usability and reliability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering teams to create cohesive and impactful mobile experiences
• Actively participate in recruiting and hiring initiatives to attract and retain top mobile engineering talent
• Provide hands-on technical support as needed, including debugging complex issues, prototyping solutions, and integrating AI-driven capabilities
