This role is a key member of the publishing team, working closely with media leadership to help drive strategic alignment, campaign performance, and global storytelling. You’ll collaborate across teams and markets to ensure media investments are optimized and clearly communicated.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital-first and traditional media planning, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Skilled in building executive-ready presentations and visualizations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction, demonstrating strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams
  • Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slack, Teams
  • Looker, GWI, Comscore

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with performance marketing best practices strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Media Director, Senior Manager and User Acquisition Manager to support planning, execution, optimization and day-to-day media operations across brand and performance channels
  • Assist in evaluating media recommendations for efficiency, ROI, and alignment with go-to-market strategies, including supporting UA performance reviews and post-campaign analysis
  • Help collect, synthesize, and present a cohesive view of media plans through decks, charts, and tables
  • Support ongoing campaign optimizations by tracking KPIs, pacing, creative performance and UA metrics across digital channels
  • Manage media reconciliation and internal billing processes
  • Collaborate with global partners to ensure integrated, data-driven planning
  • Distill campaign budgets, timing, target audiences, and objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and external partners
  • Manage paid media budgets through life cycle of the game
