Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing, strategic marketing planning, brand management, with leadership experience.
• A proven leader who loves building teams and relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach (you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves!).
• Strong project management skills and a knack for juggling priorities.
• Passion for creativity, consistency, and making an impact.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in membership-based organizations or service industries.
• Digital marketing know-how and an eye on emerging trends.
• A love for consumer insights and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Design Software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Background in developing or planning engaging Social Media Content.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and engagement through smart, strategic marketing.
• Oversee our marketing calendar and keep campaigns running like clockwork.
• Lead integrated campaigns across multiple channels—because one is never enough!
• Be the guardian of our brand guidelines (and make them even better!).
• Analyze trends, track performance, and turn insights into action.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to make magic happen.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources like a pro.
