About The Position

The Brand Experience Manager will be responsible for working with Brand Marketing leadership to build and implement high-impact, cost-effective and scalable brand programming for Verano’s portfolio of brands. The Brand Experience Manager will develop creative solutions, activation strategies and execute against tactical plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and penetration, garnering media attention, and ultimately driving consumer engagement and preferences for our CPG + Retail portfolios. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy Manage the overall brand positioning, messaging and identity across all marketing channels Work cross-functionally with brand leadership and product development to effectively support the development and execution of brand programs Oversee campaign development, advertising, key partnerships, collaborations, events, and marketing collateral as the steward of (the) Essence and Savvy brands. Analyze market and competitive trends, consumer insights data, and steer ideation to craft compelling brand initiatives that drive audience growth + repeat purchasers. Creative Execution and Storytelling Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful brand messaging and creative assets. Collaborate on brand storytelling, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoint. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure brand integrity and differentiation in all campaigns. Oversee the production process for brand media assets, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy and activation, with a track record of driving successful campaigns required.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand marketing principles, storytelling techniques, and creative execution.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively cross functionally with product marketing, design, operations, and sales.
  • Enthusiasm, commitment to excellence, comfort with challenging situations, desire to drive innovation and understanding of target audience.
