About The Position

The Consumer Technology Association (CTA)® is seeking a results-driven Manager, Marketing with a strong focus on paid media and digital campaign execution. This role leads performance marketing efforts for CES®, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives including campaign development, presentations, and cross-functional projects. You will manage multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and programmatic, while partnering with internal teams to translate marketing strategy into clear, compelling materials and campaigns. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong business acumen.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, project management, or digital marketing.
  • BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in paid media and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms).
  • Ability to manage and optimize campaigns with a focus on performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting, insights, and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build presentations and clearly communicate data and strategy.
  • Solid understanding of broader marketing channels including email, content, and SEO.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work across teams and contribute to a range of marketing initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Salesforce Journey Builder a plus, but not a criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage agency partners, budgets, and performance to drive efficient, measurable results.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and test audience targeting, messaging, and creative to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Build clear, compelling presentations, reports, and marketing materials to communicate performance, strategy, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and revenue opportunities.
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including email, content, and event support as needed.
  • Identify new opportunities, platforms, and strategies to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
