About The Position

Gardens Alive! Inc., owner of popular gardening brands such as Breck’s, Gurney’s Seed & Nursery Co., Spring Hill Nurseries and several others, is seeking a talented, innovative self-starter to fulfill a role as a Social Media Campaign Manager. This role will be a tool to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our portfolio of gardening brands through strategically paid social campaigns. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid social advertising across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate combines performance marketing expertise, creative testing strategy, and strong analytical skills to scale profitable campaigns while improving customer acquisition efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of paid social media advertising experience
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Experience managing six-figure+ monthly ad budgets
  • Proven track record improving ROAS and lowering CPA
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands
  • Familiarity with seasonal retail or gardening/home categories
  • Experience advertising on Pinterest, TikTok, or other emerging platforms
  • Knowledge of creative testing frameworks and performance creative strategy
  • Experience with feed-based dynamic ads and catalog campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and others
  • Develop acquisition strategies aligned with seasonal gardening demand and promotional calendars
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROAS, CPA efficiency, and revenue growth
  • Build full-funnel campaign structures including prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns
  • Conduct ongoing creative, audience, and bidding tests to improve campaign performance
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV
  • Develop structured A/B testing frameworks for creatives, messaging, and offers
  • Identify and scale winning creatives and audiences
  • Partner with the creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ad creative
  • Provide clear creative briefs based on performance data and audience insights
  • Ensure ads align with brand voice and seasonal gardening themes
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Build reports and communicate performance trends
  • Provide recommendations to improve overall paid media efficiency and growth
  • Work closely with ecommerce, creative, and analytics teams to align acquisition strategies
  • Support integrated campaigns with email, search, and print channels
  • Coordinate campaign timing with product launches and promotional events
