The Manager, Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement plays a key role within the Partner Enablement function, driving operational excellence, process standardization, and technology optimization across Marketing and Sales Enablement initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Retail & Partner Enablement, this role ensures that the infrastructure, tools, and processes are in place to support seamless execution, continuous improvement, and measurable impact. This leader will oversee a small but high-performing team and will serve as the central point of accountability for marketing systems, vendor relationships, and process innovation — including the use of AI to increase efficiency and insight generation. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a hands-on approach to driving results.
