As the Manager, Marketing Communications, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, demand generation, and measurable business growth. The individual partners closely with Business Units, Sales, Account Management, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities and revenue goals. They oversee content-driven campaigns, events, and programs that generate pipeline and strengthen brand positioning. The role also manages marketing budgets and provides leadership to a team responsible for campaign execution and content development. Overall, this position serves as a strategic bridge between Marketing and the broader organization, ensuring efforts are data-driven, outcome-focused, and aligned to business impact. The selected candidate will reside within commuting distance of our Danvers, MA headquarters and will be expected to work in the office 1-2 days a week.
