Position Overview:The primary responsibility of the Conference Manager - Level I is to coordinate details and menus for client’s functions and maintain budgeted revenues through solicitation of business while controlling expenditures through proper distribution of information in the prescribed timelines to ensure maximum profitability of group operations and to ensure a superlative guest experience for both the Meeting Planner and the Group. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.
