The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the day-to-day operations. The role is key to ensuring the CDC operates efficiently but also always with the customer in mind. Initially the role will be key to opening a new CDC, ensuring processes are developed and team members are trained allowing for a successful go live. The role will support in ensuring the southern logistics network aligns processes and culture with the rest of the business to ensure customer experience is enhanced. The role will be key to delivering consistency while leveraging modernized tools and framework to drive success relative to broader performance targets and costs while mitigating disruption to service and sales. The Logistics Manager develops and coaches’ direct reports to build the level of support needed to sustain process excellence capabilities throughout the business
