As ShopMy's inaugural Lifecycle & Retention Marketing hire, this role is pivotal in managing the entire user journey, encompassing onboarding, engagement, and loyalty across their three-sided marketplace, which includes Brands, Creators, and Shoppers. The primary objective is to enhance long-term user value, increase Lifetime Value (LTV), and minimize churn. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing automated, segmented campaigns across various channels such as email, in-app notifications, and push notifications, ensuring timely and relevant communication. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this position offers significant impact and visibility, providing an opportunity to establish and launch this function from the ground up while collaborating extensively with product, engineering, design, education, and sales teams to propel the company forward.
