About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to help grow our retention and engagement efforts to drive recurring use and increased spend across our users. The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will play an essential role in generating and executing key marketing initiatives. They will work closely with our marketing, product, creative, and data team to develop, execute, monitor, and optimize email and in-app marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer lifecycle, growth, or email marketing
  • Experience in A/B testing and iteration
  • Strong proficiency in Braze, Segment
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in music, entertainment, or technology industries is a plus
  • Self-starter comfortable with building programs from the ground up

Responsibilities

  • Drive users through the customer lifecycle — from new users to active, loyal members — using retention strategies and our loyalty program, while re-engaging churned users through win-back initiatives.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages.
  • Develop and execute in-app and push notification campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize retention and usage metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, and agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.
