Capital One’s Learning & Development team is seeking a Learning & Development Manager at the enterprise level. This individual will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing and implementing impactful learning experiences and solutions that will fuel our growth as a company and help our associates develop cutting-edge skills. As the L&D Manager, you will serve as a visionary and support the PULSE network’s learning strategy with crafting new experiences, tracking projects and managing multiple initiatives in order to effectively connect, create value and build skills capabilities across Capital One. You will also serve as a facilitator, leading learning experience and train-the-trainer sessions on various learning products and PULSE-related topics. The ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker, problem solver, experienced facilitator and a relationship builder who is adept at innovating and staying agile in approach while managing risk and exercising good judgment. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent project and program management skills and is able to navigate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced and matrixed environment. The individual will have the opportunity to coach, mentor and manage junior associates on the team. We recognize that many life paths can contribute to interest in this role.
