The Manager, Hamburger University Training & Facilitation plays a meaningful role in advancing organizational learning and fostering leadership skills. This position is responsible for delivering impactful training programs that align with corporate priorities, improve operational excellence, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement. The role also includes leading facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of training for restaurant staff and leadership teams.
