The team is tasked to help continue to transform Brookfield Properties into a best-in-class multifamily home operator. The position will work collaboratively with a wide range of team members in assessing and delivering key programs, processes, and services for which their team is responsible. The Learning Delivery Manager plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence across Brookfield Properties Multifamily. This position manages the delivery and execution of high-impact learning events that equip employees to perform with excellence across all property operations. The manager leads a team of Learning Consultants while also directly facilitating programs that advance talent capability, sales performance, and service standards.
