Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary Design the future of learning. Shape the growth of people who keep the supply chain moving. Are you passionate about building learning experiences that actually change behavior—not just check a box? Do you enjoy translating complex, fast‑moving operational realities into clear, practical learning? If so, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for. As a Manager, Learning & Development – Supply Chain, you’ll design and develop learning experiences that support leadership, safety, performance, and capability across a critical, always‑on operation. You’ll own learning initiatives end to end, operating independently across core learning disciplines while ensuring content reflects real‑world Supply Chain processes, standards, and expectations. This role is built for a strong individual contributor with a strategic mindset—someone who moves easily between design and delivery, leverages technology and data, and creates future‑ready learning that shows up where work actually happens. What you'll do: Design and deliver effective learning experiences that align with Supply Chain business needs and drive associate and leader capability. Own end‑to‑end learning projects, from needs analysis and design through development, deployment, and measurement. Ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and operationally sound by validating processes, tools, and expectations against Supply Chain standards and realities. Apply strong instructional design principles to create engaging digital, blended, and experiences that work for frontline, field, and leader audiences. Leverage technology and data to evaluate effectiveness, improve outcomes, and continuously refine learning solutions. Build scalable, future‑ready learning that supports consistency while remaining flexible for evolving operations. Demonstrate leadership behaviors such as collaboration, innovation, agility, and inclusion—without requiring formal authority. What you'll bring: Broad, hands‑on L&D expertise across instructional design, digital content creation, project management, and measurement—combined with the ability to work independently and drive work to completion. A strong focus on accuracy and application, ensuring learning content reflects real Supply Chain processes, standards, and on‑the‑job expectations. An operational mindset, designing learning that works in fast‑paced, high‑impact environments and delivers practical value for frontline, field, and leadership audiences.
