The Manager, Leadership Development is responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving Pep Boys’ leadership development strategy and programs across store, field, and Support Center audiences. This role owns the creation and facilitation of leadership learning experiences, including new leader onboarding, cohort-based development, instructor-led workshops, and virtual learning journeys that strengthen leadership capability, engagement, and performance. This is a highly visible, manager-level individual contributor role that partners closely with senior leaders, HR, and Operations to identify leadership capability gaps and implement practical, business-driven learning solutions. The position combines instructional design, facilitation, and program ownership to support the growth of current and future leaders across the organization.
