We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented brand steward to lead brand strategy, governance and the end‑to‑end product/solution naming process across our global portfolio. This role ensures our brand shows up consistently, clearly, and credibly across every touchpoint—visually and verbally. As the Manager/Lead of Brand Strategy & Governance, you will define and operate our governance framework, drive naming decisions, maintain brand and creative standards, and guide teams in applying them. You will work closely with Legal/Trademark (OGC), Digital Marketing, Product & Portfolio Marketing, AR/PR and across Global Marketing to ensure the brand continues to evolve from a position of strength, consistently be delivered and help shape our positioning in the global marketplace. This is a high‑impact role that blends strategy with operational rigor. You will report to the Senior Director, and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.
