EVPassport is seeking a hands-on, highly skilled IT Manager to own and execute all aspects of internal IT operations and information security programs. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for employees and stakeholders across the company and will report to the VP, Product. In this role, you will provide direct, responsive support to both onsite and remote employees, ensuring all team members have a secure, seamless, and productive technology experience. You will be responsible for device lifecycle management, access provisioning, endpoint security, compliance operations, SaaS administration, and maintaining a strong IT and security posture as the organization scales. You will also support initiatives related to SOC 2 compliance, risk management, and security controls, and collaborate closely with Cloud Engineering, HR, Legal, and external auditors. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve day-to-day support issues as they are designing secure, scalable IT systems.
