About The Position

We are looking for a Manager- IT Web Technologies, who will closely work with our customers across Digital, Direct-To-Consumer, Customer service, ERP systems. The Manager- IT Web Technologies will help execute the Fortune Brands Innovations digital strategy in alignment with business strategies. You will be working for our high-performing team, focused on the timely delivery of software initiatives on the various enterprise platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s level degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 8+ Years of Team Management experience in a capacity of Manager of a team of web developers
  • 6+ Years of working experience with leading and/or developing e-Commerce applications for B2C or B2B
  • A track record of managing applications and 5+ member team supporting technology platforms including: Web Tools (Next.js, React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, & Ajax), Commerce (Shopify, SAP Commerce, or other e-Commerce platforms), API (Web Services, Web API, any other API platforms), CMS (Bloomreach CMS, Sitecore, WordPress, Embraco), CDNs (Akamai, Cloudflare, etc), PIM & DAM (Widen, Salsify, Stibo), Release Management (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with Understanding of design patterns, UX/UI design, best practices, technical architecture and data modelling
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate development testing
  • Experience with application rationalization, migration from old platforms to newer platforms
  • Good understanding and working experience with Agile methodology using scrum/Kanban/xp
  • Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
  • Experience working on enterprise platforms and open-source technologies
  • Strong documentation, communication, and project coordination capabilities
