Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Information Technology Intern. This hybrid position will be based in our Global Operations & Innovation Center in Wheeling, WV. Requirements
- Proficient with desktop operating systems including current Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of basic scripting and programming. Familiarity with C# is preferred
- Good writing and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multitask priorities
- Approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Student in an information technology or related associate or bachelor’s degree program with a GPA of 3.2 or above, and an interest in area of software development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with code and configuration changes to existing .Net applications using C#, javascript and powershell
- Assist with unit tests and automated testing
- Assist with low code/no code applications
- Assist with platforms like SharePoint and Wordpress
- Communicate and collaborate with customers and teams across the firm
