About The Position

The Manager, IT Support & Endpoint Security is a strategic "player-coach" role responsible for the design, execution, and security of the modern workplace. You will lead the IT Service Desk to deliver "white-glove" technical support while simultaneously architecting the defenses that protect our end-user environment. This role requires a unique blend of high-empathy leadership, operational excellence (ITIL), and a "zero-trust" security mindset.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Proficiency in Intune, Jamf, or similar MDM/UEM platforms.
  • Practical application of CIS Benchmarks or NIST frameworks for device hardening.
  • Experience configuring and optimizing Service Desk ticketing workflows.
