About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Audit Manager. This role is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our organization's IT controls, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, with specific experience in Oracle ERP ITGC and ITAC (IT General and Application Controls). Requires 3 days in office in San Jose, CA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT auditing, information security, or related roles.
• Experience identifying and testing ITGC access controls in Oracle ERP environment.
• Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CIA or CPA.
• Strong knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clarity and implementation of ITGC (IT General Controls) and ITAC (IT Application Controls) within new Oracle ERP environment.
• Collaborate with co-source SOX partner to complete IT documentation requirements.
• Support Oracle PM and address gaps in user documentation.
• Maintenance of RCM (Risk Control Matrix) and audit documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor remediation efforts and follow up on outstanding audit issues.
