About The Position

This is how you WOW: Achieve and maintain inventory accuracy of 98.0%+ across all stocking locations through cycle counting programs, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Design, execute, and continuously improve daily/weekly cycle count schedules, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation processes. Proactively identify, manage, and dispose of obsolete, excess, and slow-moving inventory; establish obsolescence reserves and drive write-off, liquidation or RTV processes in collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams. Analyze demand patterns, collaborate with Planning and Production teams to align inventory with forecasts, and prevent overstock/stock-out conditions. Own all inventory-related KPIs (accuracy, shrinkage, turns, days-on-hand, obsolete %, fill rate, etc.) and present performance trends to senior leadership.  Prepare and present weekly/monthly dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and cycle counting inventory results   It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive inventory control/warehouse experience may substitute for a Degree. 7–10+ years in inventory control, receiving, and warehouse operations within distribution or e-commerce fulfillment. ● Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role leading teams. ● Proven track record of achieving and sustaining inventory accuracy goals and significant reductions in obsolete inventory and shrinkage. ● Hands-on experience with major WMS (Manhattan, HighJump, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred).
