You are an integral part of a dynamic and innovative Learning and Development team, whose purpose is to create engaging learning experiences that support the development and growth of both the commercial (Boutique and Retail Partners) and corporate teams at Cartier North America. You will contribute to building a strong learning culture through the development of strategic programs, tools and trainings targeted at supporting the growth of both individuals and the business. As a part of this client-centric team, which is focused on supporting the development of Cartier employees throughout all points in the talent lifecycle, you will be partnering cross-functionally across the organization and within the team. While each person on this team is responsible for executing their areas of individual contribution with excellence, there is high value and expectation of supporting one another’s goals; in this role you will balance your time between working autonomously and in partnership in shared team goals.
