We are seeking a Manager, Inside Sales, to lead a high-performing team focused on driving revenue growth for our modular enterprise SaaS solutions. This role is pivotal in expanding whitespace opportunities within smaller agencies that have standardized needs and shorter sales cycles. The Manager, Inside Sales, will combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to ensure the team consistently meets pipeline and revenue goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing inside sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies.
  • Exceptional coaching, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric organization and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements. Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coach the Team
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Implement and reinforce sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale to drive consultative, value-based selling.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Drive Pipeline and Revenue Attainment
  • Own the team’s pipeline generation and progression, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align campaigns and retention strategies.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Utilize CRM tools and analytics to maintain data integrity and visibility into sales activities.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies for whitespace expansion.
