Some of the industries served include plastics, laser, heat treating, food processing, machine tool, plating, anodizing, chemical, die casting, optical coating, and printing. Role Thermal Care is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our Internal Sales organization while driving revenue growth through strong organizational strategies, technical product knowledge, and effective engagement with outside sales and customers. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations for a dynamic group of Inside Sales Representatives, Application Engineers, and Order Entry personnel. This role supports both our high-volume “Net 30” equipment sales and our integrated systems solutions channels. This leader will ensure timely, accurate support while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer responsiveness. In addition, the position will play a key role in refining intercompany processes, working closely with marketing, engineering, project management, finance, and customer service to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance overall customer experience. This position will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and is located in Niles, Illinois.
