The Inside Sales Manager will provide strategic guidance, train, and motivate a team of 7 telesales professionals in order to ensure they meet and exceed set goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience including at least 2 years as a sales leader
  • Understanding of email marketing programs, how to implement them and how to track and relate success
  • Demonstrated success setting and achieving measurable goals in a high performing sales environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of inbound/outbound tele-prospecting methodologies and the ability to coach to them
  • Proven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of a team
  • Experience hiring, developing and retaining talent
  • Excellent communication and influence skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed work ethic
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and proficient Salesforce.com skills
  • In-office minimum 4 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, coach and retain inside sales staff
  • Use metrics to regularly monitor activity and performance against goals
  • Refine and update the CARFAX Shop Loyalty Program value proposition and pitch as needed for continued success
  • Work closely with operations and analytics to provide forward and rear views on the business
  • Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics
  • Work directly with large Aftermarket Groups to present the Shop Loyalty Program value proposition
  • Partner with CARFAX Marketing and Partner Development staff to improve audience and performance
