We are looking for a sales leader to build and scale our inside sales organization within the Purchase Finance business. This role is responsible for designing team structure, implementing efficient sales processes, and leading a high-performing inside sales team focused on driving incremental revenue growth. You will build, lead, mentor, and develop a team that operates within a hunter/farmer sales model, working in close partnership with our outside sales organization. This role plays a key part in shaping how the Purchase Finance sales teams operate and scale, with direct responsibility for team performance, process effectiveness, and execution. You will work closely with Sr National Account Sales Managers, who oversee the outside sales teams, and report to the Head of Sales and Business Development.
