The beautiful Hilton Omaha is looking for a passionate individual to join the team as a Food and Beverage Manager in Training for the Food and Beverage Division. Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the activities of the Food and Beverage Outlets.
  • Assists manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
