About The Position

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the Craft Kitchen+Bar to include all meal periods as well as coordination of the Banquet & Catering operation. As a member of the food and beverage management team, this position is instrumental in creating a healthy working environment and upholding service standards in accordance with Hilton brand standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years in a food and beverage management position.
Extensive knowledge in wines and spirits.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Micros.
Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate individual.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a resort setting, preferably a 4 diamond property.

Responsibilities

Understand and uphold the policies, procedures, and standards set forth by Hilton
Ensure guest satisfaction is obtained by giving professional, courteous, and friendly service at all times.
Ensure constant floor presence at all times by effectively managing supervisor schedules.
Hire and train line level staff to the standards set by Hilton
Maintaining everyday administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, forecasting, product requisitions, inventory procedures, and other tasks set by the director of food and beverage .
Ensure quality of food, beverage, and service at all times.
Meet financial goals set forth by the Hotel General Manager according to hotel budget.
Meet personal and restaurant oriented goals that are together created with the assistance of the director of food and beverage.
Conduct monthly staff meetings.
Provide performance feedback to line level staff on a consistent basis.
