Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Business Administration, Preferred
  • H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
  • 7 years or more in in systems implementation or logistics technology leadership, Required
  • Travel Yes, Greater than 60%

  • Experience leading startup operations is preferred
  • Experience with systems development and training is preferred
  • Experience successfully leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead system and training excellence at scale by coaching and developing teams while driving accountability across logistics operations.
  • Own the design and execution of logistics training strategies, including Train‑the‑Trainer programs that enable sustainable knowledge transfer.
  • Act as the systems and process authority for WMS‑driven operations, supporting end users and resolving system and workflow challenges.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with IT and business leaders to support system rollouts, testing, go‑live events, and post‑implementation stabilization.
  • Translate data into action by tracking KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and recommending improvements that drive measurable results.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, close performance gaps, and standardize best practices across locations.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation including SOPs, work instructions, training tools, and system reference materials.
  • Manage complex implementations and priorities, balancing timelines, milestones, and resources to support site launches and growth.
  • Ensure operational readiness and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, training adherence, and system readiness.
  • Deliver a strong customer‑focused approach through proactive problem-solving, follow‑through, and resolution in high‑volume environments.
  • Standardize WMS configurations and workflows across all sites.
  • Analyze enterprise system performance data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Define training architecture including certification and onboarding standards.
  • Align IT, Operations, and Training teams on priorities.
  • Ensure system readiness during startup execution.
  • Drive continuous system improvements across the network.
  • Develop system leadership capability within the organization.
  • Provide executive-level system performance reporting.
  • Early Monday travel for site arrival and Friday afternoon or evening departure.
  • Must support two‑week startup assignments when required.
  • Annual inspections during non‑startup periods.
  • Accurate documentation, expense reporting, and operational data submission required.
  • Performs other duties as required.
