The Manager, Implementation & PMO at Medefy Health is responsible for building and establishing the company's Project Management Office from the ground up. This position will manage the Project Management team while creating PMO methodology, processes, templates, and governance frameworks. The role leads customer implementations and renewals that directly impact company revenue and customer satisfaction, as well as internal Business/IT projects, working across the enterprise to deliver both customer-facing and internal operations. This is a builder role operating in a 'player-coach' model - requiring significant hands-on execution to fill capacity gaps while simultaneously recruiting, building, and developing the team. Over time, the role will transition from hands-on execution to pure strategic leadership as the PMO function and team mature. About our awesome company, Medefy Health...
