About The Position

This position is located at the Oroville Field Office in Oroville. Under the general direction of the Area Manager, manages a grade II office providing driver license, vehicle registration and other services to the public. The field office manager is primarily responsible for effectively managing workloads and resources and budgeting available dollars and hours to ensure that the field office is fully staffed and functional. The field office manager is directly responsible for development and maintenance of a high quality public service program, for correctly and fairly administering all department programs, implementing new technology and providing employee development. The position(s) being advertised may be subject to allocation approval by the Human Resources Branch. Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance is required before hire. The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position. Requirements

  • Valid California Drivers License (CDL)
  • Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired
  • Selected candidate will be required to participate in the DMV Pull Notice Program
