About The Position

This position will be offered at one of the following State Fund locations: Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Glendale, Oxnard, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, San Diego, Santa Ana, Stockton, or Vacaville. State Compensation Insurance Fund Vacaville is looking for the right candidate to join our Leadership Team. We are seeking a qualified candidate(s) who are great teammates, coaches, and mentors. The vacancy will be filled at the Manager I classification within the benefit delivery function of Claims or may be filled at the Workers Compensation Insurance Supervisor II classification. This posting may encompass more than one vacancy. The successful candidate should: Possess a positive attitude and be highly motivated. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Be well organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and work well on your own and/or with others. Be able to analyze and make decisions in a competent and timely manner. Have a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Be able to work effectively with team members and have excellent customer service skills. Be able to apply policies and procedures and take appropriate action.
